Burning the Smudge Stick releases a sharp and spicy aroma that clears negative energy and promotes a positive atmosphere. This product comes in a large 22.5cm size.

To use the Smudge Stick, simply light one end of the stick and wait for it to ignite. Once it starts to smoke, blow it out and let the smoke fill the room. It can be used with a seashell or bowl of ceramic, clay dish, or glass to hold burning sage or capture ash. Users can also opt to use a feather or fan to fan the smoke.

The White Sage and Lavender used in this product were dried and sealed before packing to ensure that they remain mould-free during their journey to Europe. This guarantees that users receive only the highest quality products from Ancient Wisdom suppliers.
