We deliver to anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland using tracked delivery service with DPD for a flat rate of €5.95 and delivery is FREE on all orders over €75. (ROI&NI)

UK delivery is €10 and for our international shipping rates & info on free local delivery and Click & Collect is here.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. If you order by 2pm we'll usually ship the same day for delivery the next day (ROI/NI). If your order is urgent let us know at hello@faerly.ie so we can prioritise it.

We will email you a confirmation when your order has been shipped with your tracking details.

If you change you mind about any item, you can return it, unused, within 90 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

If we made any mistakes, or your order arrived damaged in any way or you're not happy with your products, contact us and we'll make it right.

How It Works

2. Choose your gifts

  • Choose from hundreds of products from our Irish makers and eco friendly brands.

3. Add your message.

  • Let us know in the notes field what message you would like included and we'll print this on a beautiful gift card.
  • Or, leave this field empty and we'll include a blank card which you can write yourself.
  • We don't include any paperwork in our orders so don't worry, no billing details or other info will be visible to your recipient. 

4. Let us know any special requests

  • If you have items in your order you don't wish to be included in the gift box, or more than one gift box in your order just let us know the split in the notes field when your checkout or send us an email to hello@faerly.ie (make sure to include your order number!)

5. We'll pack your gift box

  • We'll pack your order in our sustainably sourced Kraft gift box. Your products will be carefully nestled in our eco friendly zigzag filler made from 100% recycled Kraft paper.
  • All of our packaging is plastic-free and recyclable. We use biodegradable ink and adhesive.
  • We have different sized boxes and we'll pick the most suitable sized box depending on what you order. 
  • We'll finish it off with some eco tissue paper in turquoise, yellow or pink.

6. And ship it direct to their door

  • Or, if you're having the box delivered to yourself we'll wrap it, or ship it inside another box, we reuse our supplier boxes for this whenever we can. 
  • We ship all our gift boxes with DPD with fully tracked delivery and we'll send you tracking details when the order is dispatched.
  • The vast majority of our orders are delivered in 1-2 days from dispatch 
  • If you are buying more than one gift box to be sent to different addresses then please place a separate order for each one.
