We encourage keeping this lovely spray bottle and refilling yourself by adding 10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to 20ML of distilled water.

Ingredients: Aqua, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) flower oil, geraniol*, limonene*, linalool* (*natural constituents in lavender)

Directions: to use, shake and spray over your pillow or linens and enjoy a peaceful sleep.
