Lavender Essential Oil is a staple for its soothing and therapeutic properties. With its origins in the Mediterranean, Middle East, and India, Lavender Oil is traditionally used for anxiety relief, stress reduction, insomnia management, and enhancing cognitive performance.

This oil blends well with Grapefruit, Pine, Geranium, Frankincense, Vetiver, Lemon, Bergamot, Neroli, Cedarwood, Rosemary, Orange and Ylang-ylang.

To use, simply add 4-5 drops to your diffuser. Place it in an open space such as your kitchen, bedroom, office desk, table, or counter to create a spa-like setting. Select your preferred LED light option and immerse yourself in the relaxing scents as they gently fill your space.

For a deeper sleep, add Lavender Oil to a dryer ball and throw in your bed sheets. At bedtime, snuggle into the scent and prepare for restful sleep.
