Store your toilet paper rolls with this practical Iris Hantverk toilet paper roll holder. The holder was designed by Lovisa Wattman and is made of oiled birch with a soft concrete base. Soft concrete is a material that is produced by mixing plastic to the concrete, to create a more elastic material. The mix also creates a lovely shift of colors in the concrete. 

Hand-molded in a small foundry outside of Stockholm, the base is cast in concrete mixed with a small amount of polymer for a stone material that has a smooth, matte finish. The birch holder is made of birch wood, treated with oil for longevity. The toilet paper holder matches the Iris Hantverk Toilet Brush & Holder.

Toilet paper holder in birch and concrete. By adding a small addition of polymer (plastic) the concrete becomes elastic and pliable. It is not so soft that it can be bent, it’s still a stone material but has a pleasant feeling to it - warm, smooth and comfortable. It contains no environmentally harmful substances. The products are molded by hand in a small foundry outside of Stockholm. The concrete is cast of a relatively viscous mass that causes the surface to receive a varying smoothness and color variations occurs, this contributes to the vibrant impression.

Crafted with soft concrete - the mix is given an addition of polymer giving the texture a soft pleasant feeling and imbuing the surface with various smoothness and natural air bubbles. An elegant addition to the bathroom,
