Clary Sage Essential Oil’s main component is linalyl acetate, part of the esters group, making it one of the most relaxing, soothing, and balancing essential oils. Clary sage is steam distilled from leaves, stem and flowers. It is traditionally used for eye health, stress relief, hormonal balance, and digestive issues. It is helpful during the menstrual cycle for relieving discomfort and cramps.

To use, simply add 4-5 drops to your diffuser. Place it in an open space such as your kitchen, bedroom, office desk, table, or counter. Select your preferred LED light option and immerse yourself in the invigorating scents as they gently fill your space.

Alternatively, in a spray bottle, mix 10 drops of Clary Sage oil with 5 drops of Lavender Oil and equal parts Witch Hazel and water. Spray around your home and let the fresh scent relax you.
